Available in three different versions, Ruby can work with professional filter holders for ground coffee, capsules and ESE paper pods. Moreover, it is designed to respond specifically to the demand typical of medium-small locations:
- RUBY is primarily addressed to service areas and small offices. And what about enjoying your coffee at home?
- RUBY PRO is ideal for offices and small dining rooms.
- RUBY PRO 2 perfectly suits to quite large spaces with high coffee consumption volumes, like factories. In fact, it can serve up to four cups of coffee at the same time.

WATER CONNECTION
Will an internal tank (version with vibration pump) satisfy your requirements, or will you need to connect to the mains (version with rotative pump)? In both cases, the exclusive Espresso Priority System allows the preparation of your cup even if the water tank is at minimum level, or the boiler needs refilling after a hot water dispensing or the steam wand being activated.
In case you opt for the internal water tank version, many are the advantages you can benefit from:
- Easy access for filling the water tank.
- Easy removal of the drain pan for cleaning.
